Manufacturers and Importers of batteries in the UK
If you manufacture or import batteries or equipment containing batteries and place them on the UK market, you are considered the Producer.

The Regulations require persons selling portable batteries to end users professionally (Distributors) to take back waste portable batteries free of charge

BatteryBack is committed to provide over 60,000 FREE collection points. Many of these points will be in schools, colleges, libraries and other public buildings.
